 I just invested in 2 propertys for only $20.00 and am looking at a 13% return in the next 12 months ON ONE AND 10.5% ON THE OTHER.

NOW THIS DOES NOT SEEM LIKE ALOT OF MONEY ,BUT LOOK AT IT LIKE THIS YOU GO TOO A BANK AND HAVE TO INVEST 250.00 FOR 5 YEARS JUST TO MAKE 2.25% EQUALS WHAT LIKE 20.00 YOU CAN DO THIS IN WAY LESS THAN HALF THE TIME IT IS SET AND FORGET IT THE MORE YOU DO THE MORE IT GROWS . 

To be honest I do alot. Currently my goal is to do Less LOL.
I am currently doing investments to grow what money I have already made. I am doing 4.08% on crypto  compounded and real estate that is between 10% and 13% APR and I have those split between monthly payments and after project lump sums. Currently I am looking at a $500,000 benchmark to be able to live purely passive. Thats $4,000 a month
