We have been relatively underwhelmed as a Roller community at Season 2: Dark Star. But, some of the other aspects that the development team have pushed out this season have been great. There has been an additional currency added: Binance Coin BNB, which for some reason no one has gotten on board with and has been pushing out great rewards since there are fewer people with whom to share the block size reward. There are also Loot boxes as explained in previous blogs which have been kicking out some great limited edition miners. Last week, the Rollercoin team even pushed out a super easy contest on twitter for a chance to win one of their Pizza miners; which are EPIC. 

Today, they pushed out another great update: the Task Wall!

The new task wall joins the ranks of other games that allow you to complete tasks directly for Rollertoken, the in-house currency. 

Here is an example of some of the tasks I see on my task wall when I log in. You can see that the task difficulty, commitment, etc. vary as do the rewards. While we know they are trying to earn some coin themselves, it's nice to see them offering other chances to earn RLT (Rollertoken) which you can then use to purchase miners and advance your cryptomining endeavors.

They offer three kinds of tasks:

• Surveys

• Mobile Apps

• Desktop Apps

Each task has a description available which allows you to thoroughly understand the requirements before you start the task and waste too much time.

The tasks are all straightforward, but I recommend reading the tasks first.

Word of caution, sometimes they can decline your reward!

This could happen if you submit a survey with false information or finish a task with a VPN *which tells me that they may be selling our location data on top of everything else, but if you're cool with it, keep going*.

I still think it's worthwhile. I have made about 80 dollars already since May and the rate at which I earn grows as I collect resources and miners. It's definitely a great starter mining operation for anyone who is still hesitant or new to the whole thing.

TIPS:

As a note on perseverance, like many things, the payoffs get faster, bigger, and easier the longer you stay with it. Rollercoin seems to move slowly in the beginning, but then the benefits come quickly. Do not give up quickly. Give it a month to see if it's worth it to you and your own internal calculus. 

PLEASE remember to play at least once every 24 hours to maintain you current mining level/computer status.
