Windows 11
Recall Windows 10 was going to be the last Windows version ever. Psyche, Microsoft announced in June '20 that they would release Windows 11.
So what will be different about Windows 11 when compared to previous releases?
For starters Microsoft is coming out with a new 'Start button' (pun intended) additionally it will be based around security...it will require both the TPM (Trusted Platform Module) and Secure Boot functionality to run on your laptop/workstation. This release is really about a hybrid personal computing (mixture of on-prem and cloud offerings to make you more efficient)

Microsoft will permit an upgrade from Win 7 & Win 10 to Win 11, however, this will obsolete lots of older hardware from ever running Win 11... yes the Wintel alliance is still running strong after all these years.

What happens to Windows 10? Microsoft plans to continue updating Windows 10 until 2025,
What about Windows running on ARM Chips? The short answer is not very well. Recall it's basically an appliance, not a typical Windows device that is fixable.
