It is an amazing thing seeing blockchain technology gradually taken over the world system. Blockchain came to transform and disrupt our digital system. The Blockchain has successful decentralized our digital world from a centralized system. The centralized system is nothing to write home about because it only gives the central authority to control and take decision, it deprive the people's their rights by not allowing them to manage their data, rather the central authority control our data and they can do anything with it, e.g Google and Amazon is a centralized system that manages and store our data in their database. People no longer enjoy privacy on a centralized system; the system is also prone to attack because once the hackers or cyber criminals outshine the central power, the entire system is gone. The only solution is blockchain which will enhance a decentralized ecosystem where individuals will be able to manage and control their data by themselves, eliminating all sorts of intermediaries and central authority.
Having seen the impacts of Blockchain, it is high time we all agreed on a decentralized consensus offered by blockchain technology.
Bitcoin is the first project that engineered full decentralized consensus of Blockchain, but it was unable to solve the scalability issue 100%. Ethereum was created as a second generation of Blockchain, but failed to solve that same scalability challenges. There are many other projects since then but they are just like subordinate of Bitcoin and Ethereum, and there seems to be no single addition.

The CTSI will be used also incentive protocol and serve as a medium for accessing and enjoying the services of Cartesi platform.
