With the halving just a handful of days away, there has been a lot of speculation about where prices would settle once the halving is over.

Many people have said that the price would go up exponentially. Another set of people have said that it would go down exponentially.

Well, I have my own bias, and I will prove my bias right with a few points. Read on to find out!

I strongly believe that Bitcoin's price would go up after the halving. However, it won't happen immediately. It might even happen next year!

We have already seen a pre halving pump. Bitcoin ran up to 9500 from 7.7k, and made a 1000 dollar candle in a day. The strength before the halving is great, and I only expect it to continue till the halving. After which it would diminish.

The halving cuts miner rewards, and post halving, the market would be met with tons of miners selling off their BTC, either to get cash to upgrade their rigs, or to quit the miner game which just turned sour for them.

Either way, there will likely be a massive sell off. Should this happen, BTC will dump a little, probably to 7.7 or 7.5k. We've seen Bitcoin dump to previous supports post halving, and this time might not be different.

Afterwards, we would then see a pump, probably to 20k. I don't really believe in all the stuff people are saying about seeing 100k bitcoin post halving. We might see a great price, but I think it tops off at 50k.

Anyway, only time would tell. A might see a dump post halving, or even pre halving. Let's wait and see.
