We are all humans and we are all making mistakes. Did you buy bitcoin in 2009 and HODL? Did you sell always on top and buy the bottom? Me not and that is the reason I am writing this article.
Is it wise to diversify your assets?
As I mentioned above even I am making mistakes. But there is one simple rule to stay profitable within all of this. The key is to diversify your portfolio. I feel like this is not enough, so let me explain it a bit more. Imagine yourself taking trades with certain win rate, it doesn’t matter how much you invest but the win rate has to be over 50 % to stay in profit (if you are trading with the same amounts and have the same exit price percentage), right? There is only like two aspects why to not diversify and go all in. First situations is, that you are certain about any coin success, but realistically are you 100 % sure of something in this market except the volatility? If you said no, then you should have your assets diversified.
And the second reason for having all money in one pool is a taste for gambling. Or you could by that show others how big your balls are.

If you put all your eggs in one basket, you have no chance to recover any losses if that one investment tanks.
Recovering losses is much easier if you have something to start with, than being broke or near to that situation. First of all, doing things under the pressure is way harder and foremost it will probably not be fun anymore. On the other hand, these are the events that you learn the most from. But there is no need of going through them after all of the people who been there and write about that. The wise man learns from mistakes of others, average man learns from his fails and silly man will be keep doing them.
So be the wise ones!
