This publication does not pursue conspiracy theories or other conspiracy ideas. The publication is intended to draw attention to the upcoming probable signing of the "Pandemic Agreement" in Russia, which is now being actively discussed and prepared for implementation.

Although throughout the entire epic, since 2019, when it all began, hand on heart, the so-called "conspiracy theories" seem quite appropriate and even logical in many ways. But this will not be emphasized in the publication here. If you want, add your thoughts in the comments. I think it will be useful to draw attention to this problem, which has affected many of us, I am sure many.

The WHO has warned of a new pandemic that could happen this year. People are being urged to prepare for a surge in the new disease. That is, the virus is mutating again. This is inevitable.

Preparations are underway for a global Pandemic Agreement, which should transfer power during pandemics to WHO units, including law enforcement agencies. After signing this agreement, the government is already stepping aside and no longer seems to participate in this.

This looks very alarming. It is not clear whether this is being done out of concern for health or is this some kind of global project to re-divide the world, where vaccination is a tool for promoting a single digital identifier. That is, we are talking about the fact that vaccinations work and do not work, protect some, and do not protect others. But in the end, all the WHO cares about is not treatment, but the fact that the goal is total control over a person, where global identification is the means of control. A fierce struggle for power is being waged for this global transformation, power that has never been seen before and is not restrained by anything. The methods of transformation - lies, intimidation, violence, bribery - speak in themselves about the morality of the initiators of this process. This should not be confused with progress and especially with concern for health.

For example, I am not at all against progress. Not against vaccines (if they are properly tested and voluntary). And not even against a single identifier. I am against these important tools falling into the hands of irresponsible scoundrels. And in the current conditions, this is inevitable. Therefore, first there must be a system of guarantees for the observance of human rights, civil rights, property rights, etc. And then everything else. Without these guarantees, any technology becomes not a means of improving people's lives, but a tool for an overseer of slaves.

Russian supporters of injections usually argue their position by saying that, supposedly, our vaccines have a different composition, and therefore there is no harm from them, only benefit. In fact, all the vaccines were produced in one center, and in advance. Specifically, the Russian Ginzburg Center simply does not have the appropriate capacity. It has long been known that the Russian developer of the coronavirus vaccine has not been able to introduce a single vector vaccine for more than 10 years.

Supporters of the rejection of the pandemic agreement remember the times when patients were treated according to WHO protocols, and the mortality rate was terrible. Honest doctors brought "Vozovskie" drugs for free (they were obliged to do this, otherwise they would be fired). But they quietly told patients not to take it.

Imagine a medic approaching you with a syringe at the ready to inject into your body what he has collected in this syringe. Calling this process "vaccination". And to your absolutely logical questions about what he is going to inject into you, and "why do you need it", in response you hear that it is a "commercial secret", and also "because the WHO wanted it that way".

Can you trust people who forced you to wear masks, fined you if you were without a mask? If you take this mask under a microscope in parallel with the virus and look at it, you will understand that fifty different viruses enter the hole in the mask at a time, without pushing or bending over (if you imagine the real danger of a pandemic). Moreover, entire colonies of viruses accumulate under the mask itself, and in addition to them, CO2. Lack of air weakens the immune system, and gives the opportunity for millions more microorganisms to "settle"! The result will be a sick nation, and considering the scale, a sick humanity. And this was propagandized to us by those who thought only about their own pockets. People who are only interested in their pockets without realizing the consequences of their greed. And the amazing population suddenly decided that the government, which had been lying to them for centuries, and had not shown any care for the last 30 years, suddenly became sharply concerned about the health of the population it had downtrodden! Despite the fact that the government is paid for by the very oligarchs who make money on the same masks!

It should be noted that at present, in opposition to the collective West, the signing of the Pandemic Agreement in the Russian Federation will not look entirely logical. Although in a country where the constitution is a swear word, and the law is not enforced, anything is possible. Russia is a country of opportunity.

We all remember all the medical trash that happened in the country about the fact that life expectancy has increased, and at the same time they forced the whole country to comply with the covid regime, pushing all other diseases into the background. It was more convenient for Rosstat to record the cause of illness or death as a virus than to treat you for all sorts of groin hernias, ruptured gallbladder that was not operated on in time due to the pandemic. Oncology, heart disease, serious illnesses, and all other "nonsense" have faded into the background during the pandemic in our country. This is where the increase in mortality occurred. Which, presumably, was given to us according to mortality statistics during the pandemic. Therefore, all these statistics on deaths from covid are extremely vague and do not inspire confidence.

The author does not deny that the virus exists, of course, but I would like to give a personal example that happened at the very beginning of the pandemic. I have a very good friend who lives in one of the regions, in the region. The man's father died. Heart attack. My friend, as the closest relative, was offered 300 thousand rubles for stating the death and diagnosis - coronavirus. I emphasize once again, I know this person very well, and this information - I am not going to convince anyone, because to hell with it, everyone has a mind, and a head on their shoulders, ears, eyes, you are able to think and process information. Therefore, this case for me personally serves as additional proof of the "inflated" situation with the pandemic, which we were so furiously told about. And they continue to remind us of it periodically.

I understand that many are afraid of being called conspiracy theorists. This pushes other people away from you. Although, being a witness to the above-mentioned case, observing the situation in general, when during the period needed by the government, the virus went into decline, and in other periods suddenly gained momentum, and so on, when not by war, but by water, fire, hunger and pestilence, they are trying to reduce and control the population of bipeds. Moreover, this has been happening purposefully since the 18th century, just like in Schwab's theory.

There are quite a few modern authors who very clearly explain who needs a world order and why. At the very least, it is worth reading for informational purposes, of course. "Conspiracy theories" and "conspiracy theories" do not arise out of thin air. And there is much to think about. As well as whether the Pandemic Agreement is a threat to the health of all mankind? Is this a crime against humanity, manipulation of human lives and health? By the way, the head of WHO is Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, a former citizen of Ethiopia, who has been declared a criminal in his own country. The head of WHO is a criminal in his home country! In Ethiopia, he was the Minister of Health, held the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs, and was also an adviser to the Prime Minister. Only in 2017 did he become the head of WHO. This man was one of those who controlled the Ethiopian security services and participated in the decision-making of these services, as well as in murders, detentions and torture. Did the Covid vaccine protect reliably or did it cause many side effects, while forcibly forcing people to get vaccinated?

We were told that the virus quickly mutates and spreads, but we were forced to get vaccinated with vaccines that in this case also quickly lose their effectiveness, but create a heavy burden on the body's immune system.

Why did they promote vaccines based on political and economic factors, ignoring medical factors, where there are a huge number of opinions of scientists and specialists who have a negative attitude both to hastily manufactured vaccines (that have not passed all the tests) and to the total vaccination of the population? For example, the Independent Association of Doctors was ignored. But people who have no relation to medicine at all explained the situation with vaccinations to us.

Why did they force people to sign a voluntary consent form, including a waiver of claims, when getting vaccinated? Why was there no insurance on this matter? How could an ordinary person prove that the harm to his health was caused by vaccination?

Who guaranteed that the disease itself, including the fatal outcome, is really worse than the possible negative health consequences of those vaccinated? What will people become a few years after vaccination? What will children be like? If they are born. Why were vaccinations that had not yet been officially tested already being used in full force, especially forcibly?

Why was a disease that statistically was not a pandemic called a pandemic and measures taken as if it were a pandemic?

Everyone knows of cases when vaccinated people got sick a couple of months after vaccination, and they got sick with complications. Does the vaccine work or not? Many people said: "if it weren't for the vaccine, I would have died", but is that true? Is that how the vaccine works? Perhaps the vaccine makes the disease easier to treat, but again, hospitals with severe cases were full of vaccinated people. Before Covid, had you heard of other vaccines that "make the disease milder"? Or is this some kind of dubious know-how?

And if it does work, then how long, on average, does it last in reality, and not in propaganda? If the vaccine works for a short time, say, one season, are we now forever "on the needle"? Are we forever dependent on constant injections, which most people simply do not trust and are afraid of? How soon will we receive paid revaccinations and live "by subscription"?

How many booster shots can a healthy adult withstand on average? And a not-so-healthy one? And a child? And an old man?

Why was the atmosphere of fear, mutual hatred, and even simple dissatisfaction with actions escalated in society? Or did the atmosphere of fear ever contribute to recovery? Where is the widespread agitation for a healthy lifestyle, sobriety, proper nutrition, and environmentally friendly behavior? Maybe this would have contributed more to strengthening the immune system and defeating the virus?

How normal is it that hundreds of thousands of people were warned by their management about the need for vaccination and were faced with a choice: losing their job or getting vaccinated? We are talking about forced vaccination with drugs that people do not trust and are afraid of.

Since when has artificial immunity formed as a result of vaccination been considered better than natural immunity, which appears after recovery from an illness? Should the whole society be led along the path of forming artificial immunity?

To what extent does issuing electronic marks on any basis fit into the norms of universal morality? Universal human morality is a rather flexible thing, but still? Natural questions arise: today society is artificially divided into vaccinated and unvaccinated, and what about tomorrow?

To what extent does pressure and an attempt to force those who do not want to be vaccinated for moral, ethical or religious reasons fit into moral norms? At least because some vaccines are produced on the basis of research conducted on embryonic cell lines - aborted human material. Modern pharmacology in general in many ways resembles a dark sorceress from a scary fairy tale. So why condemn or persecute those who cannot accept it either morally or physically?

We all know the expression: "Extremis malis extrema remedia", which is translated from Latin as follows: "desperate times require desperate measures." But how desperate are the times of mass COVID-19 infection? Or is the artificial incitement of such an idea about the situation with coronavirus infection in the masses a war without a war? General hysteria for a thousand reasons, a clash of opinions, experiences and fears - a real "muddy water", but who is the cunning "fisherman" here?

Why does a person not have the right to decide for himself whether to vaccinate himself and his children or not? What do you think? Share your opinion, your observations about the pandemic regarding the possible signing of the Pandemic Agreement in Russia.

What does the pandemic agreement, which will come into force in May 2024, have in store for us?

1. WHO will be the only organization that will be able to declare all subsequent epidemics and pandemics. WHO member states recognize the need to finance this structure and give it a leading role in coordinating global health issues.

2. All WHO decisions will have BINDING LEGAL force for member states. We went through this situation when we were faced with the mandatory use of masks, social distancing and lockdowns - it was extremely difficult to fight the government and their decisions, because all the answers rested on WHO, which is legally inaccessible and, as a result, there is no one to ask for crimes.

3. All international treaties in terms of health care that WHO approves will need to be completely translated into local state legislation. If WHO tells you to go to work without pants, Popova and Putin will be obliged to issue such a decree.

4. The new agreement spells out the abolition of human rights in the context of a pandemic regime and emergency situations. That is, there will be no rights to VOLUNTARY medical care and voluntary agreement or disagreement with WHO decisions. All human rights will be abolished if there is an "extraordinary threat to the nation"

5. The restriction of trade union rights is also spelled out. The emergency powers of law enforcement agencies and government agencies to resolve the prevention of pandemics and health emergencies are also described.

6. If the state cannot cope with its citizens on its own, then it is obliged to ask WHO and the UN for help. WHO exercises were already held in Kazan behind closed doors in 2021
