Everyone already knows that Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov was detained for a bribe of 1 million rubles.
Ahahahaha, I laughed then, that it was not enough.
But recently it became known that in reality he is charged with a bribe of about 1 billion rubles.
They made fun of us, first saying 1 million, and not 1 billion.
So as not to upset the Russians too much, but time has passed, the Russians swallowed the initial information, and now we can talk about real numbers)))
The lawyer brought 4 bags of medals to the court.
What are these medals for?
Even during the times of the Russian Empire and the USSR, generals did not have so many medals)))
And now imagine how many bags of medals Shoygi has, who did not serve and did not fight)))

The awards were brought in bags? Why not in buckets? In general, it would be nice to evaluate awards not in bags, but immediately in kilograms. Here is the price of current awards in modern Russia.
Look, each singer in his company has a bag of medals, and a general is ashamed to have less than four.
Ivanov's awards are comparable to the awards of Adam Kadyrov, the son of the Head of Chechnya.
The number of boxes with awards can safely judge the quality of our officials. Ivanov probably has awards for the Battle of Kulikovo. They write out awards to each other... Mutual responsibility.
Judging by the number of awards, Ivanov Bakhmut took alone.
And all these awards are for those who died defending the homeland, who returned without arms, without legs. For the tears of mothers, wives and children. For the palaces, mansions, yachts, expensive cars they built for themselves.
Great-grandfathers and grandfathers who went through the Great Patriotic War had two medals and an order, and now medals and orders are handed out in bags to all sorts of thieves and traitors.
I will give an example of a man whose son, a lieutenant, died in Tajikistan on December 24, 1993, while performing international duty. So the finance chief forced him to return the 13th salary, because the deceased did not serve out the full 5 days. The deceased lieutenant had 4 years of military service as a cadet and a year and a half as a lieutenant. He had no apartment, nothing, he guarded the border with Afghanistan. They put him in a coffin in field soldier's clothes. But at the funeral farewell, the Tajik grandfather said, thank you, son, for saving us. The Motherland is unlikely to reward you, so accept this from us, and put his Order of the Patriotic War on his chest. Meanwhile, some in Moscow are lining their pockets, going crazy with fat when our children, our dear boys, die. To whom and what debt are they paying? Thieves have no conscience, no honor. Ivanov is uncomfortable in the pretrial detention center. And the dead boys are comfortable in their graves? Easy? You see, he has five fathers, and others, like the dead lieutenant, did not become fathers, did not give birth to grandchildren for their surviving parents. Who live out their lives in tears and loneliness, like orphans, only old. What kind of punishment should there be in the army for such betrayal, so that people who have lost their children can live and die with the satisfaction of justice?!
And why jingle your trinkets, bring them to court? Apparently, he raked them in like money, and will anyone believe that these are real, well-deserved awards? Neither the country, nor the people, nor the sons who are fighting, do he care at all. He sat in his chair for his own gain... What are these awards for? Let the lawyers not bring his awards to court in bags, but first prove what these awards are for.
Because when you see something like this, you understand that awards in Russia are measured in packages. These are trinkets, not awards. And ask him to list all the awards and where and for what he received them. He really won't remember, and he won't remember who gave them to him and for what feat. But I'm sure he'll list the fleet of cars down to the last screw. If, of course, it will be profitable in this situation.
Oh, his homeland raised and fed him, the heroic commander Shoigu led him to victories, and what's more, Vladimir Vasilich himself trusted him, and he... Oh! He went nuts...
By and large, I'm not interested in why he was taken. Because over the many years of this farce that they show us, it has become clear: all this is a showdown in a gang. And if someone was "taken", it means only one thing - he crossed someone. They'll remove this one, they'll put in another one, just like him. It won't make us feel any better. And pay attention: how many of these people have already been taken, how much money has been confiscated, and we continue to collect money for the treatment of children. Yes, with these confiscated funds, it would have been possible to treat all the children in the country, but no, no way.
Why doesn't the military prosecutor's office check where such generals get so much real estate in Russia and abroad, why are they married to citizens of France and Israel? How can such people be allowed access to state secrets? He's not just a thief, he's one of the main people in the Ministry of Defense! Or will they let him go like Serdyukov and his mistress Vasilyeva?
What evidence can his lawyers even have if Ivanov's expenses simply exceed his income? Seriously, what other evidence can there be? He should only be jailed for his property, let alone bribes.
Well, who will allow the elite to be punished like the common people? That's why they are a privileged class, an untouchable caste! The laws are not for them, the laws are for us! Have you forgotten how a public servant was given a suspended sentence of 9 years? Isn't that proof of impunity? So don't expect justice...
Not a single corrupt official has been put behind bars yet. First there's the hype, then it all fades away and the thief continues to live his life. This is simply done for the people - a theater, they seem to be fighting corruption. But the cart is still there. So don't feed yourself with illusions that there is a fight against theft in the highest echelons of power. As the saying goes, a crow won't peck out another crow's eye. More blah-blah-blah.
And in the meantime, pensioners are getting an extra 200 rubles and proudly announcing it on all central TV channels.
Until all this nonsense goes away, like state support, state services for all these bureaucrats and immunity is lifted, lawlessness will flourish in the country. All this needs to be removed and all deputies should be given the appropriate salary, which is what an ordinary person in the country receives. Then there will be order in the country. As in Western countries, in Norway, the president lives in housing allocated to him, rides a tram, and receives an average salary. The people of this president receive an average salary, equal to the president's salary, and everyone is equal before the law.
But for our officials, stealing is a style and a rule of life. After all, as they say, they don't enjoy losing in income to the same big businessmen like Potanin, Usmanov and the like. The same thing in the regions, many officials live better than local, successful businessmen. This process cannot be stopped in the near future, it has become a chronic disease.
If a person goes to steal because of hunger, that's one thing. But to grab because of satiety and fat, that's a disease. Now Ivanov is justifying himself because everyone in his circle steals. And he looks with bewilderment at those who imprisoned him, and it is this fact that makes Ivanov's story primitive, vile and bestial because a thief catches a thief. Laughter.
Indeed, it is not clear how Shoigu could have overlooked his deputy. How was it possible that he did not know what he was doing and how he lived? I do not believe it, Shoigu knew everything, many knew. And he allowed such a crime. And therefore he is to blame for the fact that his deputy was arrested because he did not stop the crime.
To be honest, a self-respecting boss, when a subordinate has shit himself like that, should resign, but we will see, because in such a difficult international situation the Commander-in-Chief has the right to make a decision, and not us, chatterboxes)))
But if there is a mess in my house, it is the fault of a bad housewife or a worthless owner, but why is there such dirt in Shoigu's house? He is not responsible for anything, is he blind or something?
As for Ivanov, is he the only one? Maybe someone will name at least one more surname of those in power? Even any minor official? Doesn't anyone have passports, palaces, luxury real estate, golden toilets? What is this circus for? Nothing changes....
Watching all this, you feel like a homeless person without a home, without money, everything has been plundered. And who should we believe, how should ordinary people live?
For posters, drawings, poems, a term and torture in prisons. The main thing is to preserve the Tsar. Frankly wild capitalism without embellishment!
There are still many like Ivanov among us, if everyone were to take away what they stole, then the population of Russia could stop working for several years...
Yeltsin ruled Russia for 8 years, Putin has ruled for 23 years. Oil under Yeltsin was 12-18 dollars, under Putin it was 5-7 times more. Over these years and with such oil prices, it would have been possible to make a candy out of the country, boost the economy, improve healthcare, and raise the people's standard of living many times over. But alas, the economy is still in the shit, healthcare is still there, corruption is off the charts, the people are barely making ends meet, but those in power and their cronies are in complete chocolate. And what next?!
It hurts and is a shame for the country! The richest country, and the people are poor.
My neighbor's pension for the year is 280 thousand rubles. He has 43 years of service, 20 of which are a veteran of military service! Another pensioner has 100 thousand less. He is a Veteran of Labor. And the whole country has gotten used to it, we live like this, when people are not considered as people. It hurts and disgusts, and I am also very ashamed of myself in front of the future generation!
I do not understand at all how small Germany or France, where there are practically no natural resources, are much richer than Russia? These countries buy absolutely all resources, but the population of these countries is better paid. Pensioners, disabled people, sick people, everyone is provided for free, starting with medicines, medical care at home and in hospitals, nannies, social workers, rehabilitation homes, wheelchairs, medical chairs, medical beds, orthopedic shoes, etc. How can you rob such a huge Russia that the majority of the population barely survives economically, physically and morally? Who is robbing it so much that no one sees it and no one can catch these thieves?
We ourselves are not very interested in who occupies leadership positions, who rules us, most of us are not interested in politics. Some even sincerely think that such generals are impossible in our country! Really, shocking! It's funny that no one had seen him before and made a fuss about his incompetence for the position he holds, as well as about the previous investigation into his case, literally, an invisible general. And he was not at all embarrassed, he posted personal photos of his luxurious social life, traveled around NATO countries. It's funny how they divide their wives there, literally, transitional prizes or toys... And all this, it turns out, in front of their entourage... And how many more of these are in power! And no one knew)))
We understand perfectly well that in order to steal such a sum from the budget, it was necessary to have more than one person nearby. Trusted, verified and reliable. It is necessary to have more than one signature on the documents in order to steal money from the Ministry of Defense budget for more than one day. So if you dig deeper and more clearly, you can judge and imprison many more people. And the amounts will be such that it will be scary to voice. However, I think they will not dig deep, otherwise they can come to their own door. Irresponsibility and impunity - this is the result of what we have now. Expected. When will this end?
In principle, what is surprising? You would think that in other departments it is different and the fact that Ivanov was detained is not a system, but rather an exception to this very system ... our conscripts and border guards under artillery fire in the Belgorod region do their duty and receive allowances of 2-3 thousand rubles a month for this, and then they will still need to prove (most likely) that they did something somewhere in order to receive a VBD, and receive a payment from the state of 4 thousand a month (depending on the region) as veterans. Gazmanov's son flew to the Khmeimim air base, sang a song about Lucy, received a VBD and a medal for the operation in Syria. And bragged about it on Instagram, which was not yet banned at that time. What benefits and payments do the employees of the Russian Guard and the Ministry of Internal Affairs receive now, who do not travel to the LBS closer than 40 kilometers - I will not even say anything! Vanka for the attack... in..., and Manya for... the Red Star! Nothing changes, alas.
I acknowledge my guilt.
Measure. Degree. Depth.
And I ask to send me
To the current war.
No war - I will accept everything -
Exile. Penal servitude. Prison.
But preferably - in July,
And preferably - in Crimea.
(General) Leonid Filatov.
