I downloaded the Atomic Wallet app but I haven't received my 10 AWCs ... what happens?

All that glitters is not gold. It seems very easy to receive our AWC simply by downloading Atomic Wallet but looking at the TOS we realize that there are limits, let's see what they are

The main clam is 10 AWC for registration with email after downloading the app and 5 AWC for each friend referred.

The rewards, for us and for our referral comes ONLY if both own at least 10 $ in crypto in Atomic Wallet. Here is what Atomic Wallet says about it "To receive rewards you and your referrals should be active Atomic wallet users - have a balance of any popular asset (from top200 CoinMarketCap) in the wallet at least for $ 10 equivalent."

So the first thing to do in order to receive our reward is to load our Atomic Wallet with at least $ 10 worth of cryptocurrency, otherwise we would not receive the reward.

The first 10 AWCs do not arrive immediately in our portfolio, but if we have done things properly, we will see them available in a month. This is because the Atomic Wallet reward system works through daily Snapshots.
The snapshot takes place on the first day of each month at 12.00.00 am UTC. You shouldn't move your funds from Atomic wallet until the snapshot will be done.

Registration date

There is also a clause in receiving our reward, in case we had downloaded and installed Atomic Wallet before 24.04.19 12 a.m. UTC. In this case you will receive 10 AWC for registration + 5 AWC if you use promo code. For each referral sign-up, using your promo code, you will get extra 5 AWC.

No deposit needed to get rewards.

Deposit Rule as stated by Atomic Wallet 

In order to receive airdrop you and your referrals should be active Atomic wallet users - have a balance of any popular asset (from top200 CoinMarketCap) in the wallet at least for $ 10 equivalent.

No limitation for referrals number. However, we will check all the referrals for validity. If we see any suspicious activity, you will not get reward!
