Seems to me that you Chuck Schumer are a mentally incompetent, just as Mitch McConnell and Lindsay Graham and Nancy, Maxine, And Jerry Nadler, AOC, Sheldon Whitehouse and most of the so called republicans like Mitt the idiot Romeny and nearly all of you are to OLD or to incompetent to represent the UNITED STATES of AMERICA with your mental decline obvious when you continue to send billions to Ukraine, Israel, GAZA, Hamas, Iran, to NGO's that are helping with the borders invasion of America.
