Being Thankful

By cMasta | pmcmasta | 26 Nov 2020

Despite the market crash, today is a good day to be thankful for the tangible things that you have, like your family, friends, and perhaps your physical possessions.

I'm thankful for my beautiful daughter, in particular, as well as the privilege of having the option to stay home and find a new job in the near future.

oh, hey

Azalea is almost 19 months old and is starting to speak now, which means I can officially talk to her about poop. The picture above was taken earlier this month when my wife and I took her out to buy a potty, which she can now actually use sometimes 😄

I am thankful for the rest of my family as well, which includes at least one room full of plants.

Actually the most delicious tomatoes ever

When they say homegrown tomatoes are the best, they aren't kidding! Azalea has enjoyed picking tomatoes since Summer and knows how to choose the ripe ones now. She likes my currant tomatoes. The variety shown above is a black cherry. This breed has been the quickest cherry tomato to ripen so far and is also very hardy. Will surely be trying to pass on its genetics. I've been meaning to do an update on the 'tomato experiment' but haven't gotten around to it. Plus, these are the only ripe fruits... But the others are still doing really well, just in case you were wondering!

So that's about where I am now. Remember to be thankful for something, even if it's just your opportunity to buy the dip 😏

(Also assuming this massive dump was just people withdrawing their gains to go Black Friday shopping and that the US government didn't just seize all of the assets from PayPal or something 😅)

✌💚🎶
