WebMoney Keeper offers to add a new device by scanning a QR Code.

Then instead of face verification which is a headache, you could simply log in choose to scan a QR Code, and then from wallet settings provide a QR Code.
However, they have missed an important thing which is e-num validation.

If you validate for example with an e-num from an old application it won't be approved and when chatting with their support they say try to answer a defi question without an e-num.
I think SMS verification is not an ideal solution since half of the SMS from foreign countries doesn't seem to arrive which let me switch to e-num on webmoney keeper validation to add the device to the new phone.
