be aware of adb disconnected automatically phone

Hello,
When running android app in react native and your PC performance is low then it could run emulator instead your phone.
The reason behind this is that your adb device is disconnected.
What is required?
Before run android app:
Check adb devices
adb devices
Try to connect and reconnect your phone if disconnected.
Do reverse proxy:
adb reverse tcp:8031 tcp:8031
Otherwise if disconnected Android Studio will run emulator instead which blocks your work.
