Huge amount of taxpayer money wasted due to fake allegations against online investors

One of the reasons why cyber-crime in India is increasing is because a huge amount of taxpayer money and resources are wasted to make fake allegations without any legally valid proof against harmless innocent online investors, workers, usually migrants who are not well connected and from poorer communities and put them under surveillance for more than a decade.

The rich and powerful communities, officials and leaders are usually making these fake allegations against the innocent online investors, workers, mainly to ruin their reputation, so that the online workers, investors can be cheated, exploited and robbed for the rest of their lives without being questioned to make the rich and powerful even richer.

For example, a harmless single woman engineer, domain investor has been criminally defamed, falsely accused since 2010, with multiple Indian states making fake allegations so that cheater housewives, sindhi school-dropout, gujju stock trader, haryana mba and other girlfriends, associates of well paid top government employees can get lucrative no work, no investment, government jobs in the internet sector, faking online income and domain ownership using robbed data.
Though the online, financial fraud can be legally proved, showing the high levels of corruption, nepotism in the Indian tech, internet sector, government agencies lack the professionalism to end the online, financial fraud. They continue to closely monitor the harmless innocent real domain investor for more than 14 years, wasting resources, though they do not have any proof against her and denying her privacy, causing great losses.

In contrast, there are many online fraudsters cheating Indian citizens of a large amount of money, and the government agencies do not bother to track them in most cases. Shockingly the mainstream media as well as politicians refuse to question why taxpayer money is being wasted to monitor and harass harmless online investors for more than 14 years, while real online fraudsters looting citizens continue to flourish, without being monitored in most cases.
