Pines on Lake Superior. Time Lapse Process video.

This is another Digital Painting I made today from an earlier Oil Painting on canvas from a trip to Lake Superior Provincial Park this summer ( See below)

In this short video demonstration I follow the same steps I take when creating an oil painting on canvas. I always start with a canvas that has been prepared with a coat of burnt Siena so it will show as an underlay to the painting. Then I paint the ground, the trees and finish with the sky and shadows.
