Nexus 'Handshake' is a secure communication technology that allows two parties to exchange messages and data without revealing their identities or sharing sensitive information. It uses a combination of cryptographic techniques to establish a secure channel between two devices.

The 'Handshake' protocol employs the Diffie-Hellman key exchange technique to create a shared secret key between two devices. This key is then used to encrypt and decrypt messages sent between them, ensuring secure and private communication.6df139fca0d67167473c6ccf8dd9f664c0ce44fe88893aa47fedbe1fdda4ab4a.jpg

The key exchange process involves the following steps:

1. The two devices agree on a large prime number and a primitive root modulo of the prime number.

2. Each device generates a private key, which is kept secret, and a public key, which is shared with the other device.

3. The devices use their private keys and the other device's public key to generate a shared secret key, which is used to encrypt and decrypt messages.

4. Once the shared secret key has been established, the two devices can communicate securely using symmetric-key encryption. This ensures that only the intended recipient can read the messages.

Nexus 'Handshake' also provides Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS), which generates a new shared secret key for each communication session. This makes it harder for attackers to intercept and decrypt messages, even if they gain access to the shared secret key.

In addition to secure communication, 'Handshake' offers anonymity for the communicating parties. Cryptographic techniques are used to hide the identities of the devices involved in the communication. The public keys are generated using a one-way hash function, making it impossible for anyone to determine the device's identity based on their public key.

Overall, Nexus Handshake is a secure and private communication protocol that uses cryptographic techniques to provide anonymous and secure communication between devices. It can be used for secure messaging, secure file sharing, secure data transfer, and more.

The 'Handshake' protocol is part of the Tritium++ 5.1/5.2 update.
