On August 27, Framework Ventures announced that it has raised $8 million for its DeFi arm Framework Labs.
- Station 13 was the lead investors
- The capital will be used to build the team, hiring engineers and researchers
- Framework has already hired co-founder and former IDEX CTO Roy Learner
- Deeply invested in the DeFi space already, Framework Ventures is one of Chainlink’s (LINK) largest investors
- Framework follows multiple other protocols and platforms that have conducted funding rounds in recent weeks, including Uniswap, 1inch, Bella Protocol and Opyn
