Clear regulatory framework for crypto

In a surprise, the massive organization G20 agrees upon regulatory framework.

You read that correctly, the G20 agreed to develop clear regulatory framework for crypto and Stablecoins. Recall the G20 started passing frameworks for Crypto back in Nov. '08 and this years session passed from earlier this month. They discussed and passed legislation for AI and newer technologies, no country down voted!  Wonder if the US Congress is watching this?

Meanwhile back in the USA, the SEC takes up regulatory framework efforts

SEC might beat Congress to the punch for their failure to lead in the Crypto Clarity act on CLARITY Act, officially H.R. 3633, Congress left to Summer vacation ahead of approval. And just yesterday 09/10/26 the US Senate Republicans refreshed their Crypto Clarity act in an effort to garner the 60 votes to pass the legislation.

At this time it feels like a race between a horse and a modern car. 

Can the SEC rally to define and pass a complete regulatory framework for crypto and Stablecoins?  Or will the next chance for the US to properly act be pushed way out to 2030?  And wouldn't you know it  that date coincidences with the next chance to vote upon a US CBDC. Surely just an odd coincidence, right?

On a brighter note, a major US law enforcement group, the NSA (National Sheriffs Association) now supports the CLARITY Act.  The timing came in after Congress had retired for the session. Not sure how that support impacts either side of the CLARITY Act at this time. 

Let's gamify the passing of any clear regulatory framework for crypto and Stablecoins 

When the Clarity Act passes, do Dollars suddenly begin returning to the U.S. with stable coins. This is what all nations fear right now. This would impact the world. Think about it would impact the Yen carry trade and US inflation.  Guess which way inflation would move?

Or on the other hand does the Dollar shortage evaporate as countries trade stable coins and global inflationary pressures dissipate?

PLEASE PASS THE CLARITY ACT in the USA!!  Enough with the political games and posturing
