Even though here in the USA with years of easy money it feels like the world is awash in dollar$ $. Well the reality is it is not for countries around the globe and they are seeking innovative solutions. Add in a lack of foreign currency reserves and you have a an issue looking for a solution. One such solution is pay for energy in Crypto currencies. I was not able to locate which Crypto or basket of currencies will be used for these payments from Bolivia.
