Have you ever wondered why a CEO earns a hefty salary than any worker under him while the worker's input is quite big? This may sound a simple question but it is quite complicit in nature. One may say it is due to the CEO having more education than the worker. Maybe, only, maybe, the CEO might be fortunate!
Wrong there too. A worker only puts it his personal effort while the CEO puts in a collective effort. The worker may actually put into the business 10 working hours a day. The CEO with 1000 employees under him will daily put in 10 working hours times the number of employees plus his own. Therefore the CEO with 1000 employees working 10 hours a day, will put in 10 hours times 1000 employees plus his own thus working 1000*10+10 hours which equals to 10010 working hours a day. If the minimum pay per hour is $2 then he makes a whooping $20020 dollars daily while the worker only makes a meagre 10hrs*$2 which is $20 daily. The two will make different pay depending on who has more people under them.
Multitasking businesses thrive on this principle. Anybody can work in the industry project they get a certain number of referrals under them. The chain goes on and the more the people under you is the more you earn. People in Multi-Level businesses make huge profits.
While it is good to work individually in an Enterprise, the money one earns may not be much as compared to people in Multi-Level companies. I sum up by saying, Multi-Level businesses are the best option. Each member of the organization is infact a CEO with a number of employees under them. The pay depends on those people who are under you and the input into the company.
