Boletus edulis are my favorite wild mushroom, and I can't imagine modern cuisine without them. There are dozens of dishes that can be prepared with edible wild mushrooms, and I've never been disappointed with any of them.

Today I'd like to recommend a dish from Italy: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. This dish is quite simple to prepare and tastes delicious and exquisite. In a restaurant, you'd pay a few dozen euros, if not more.

To avoid cluttering the beer tag, a link to the recipe is at the end of this post. Of course, the recipe and its execution are my own.

Today, beer connoisseurs are treated to the Warsteiner Premium Fresh soft drink. It was created in a German brewery that dates back to 1753.

This is a non-alcoholic Pilsner-style beer, and according to the producer, it has a distinct and refreshing flavor. The producer's website also states that the beer is made with excellent, selected hop varieties, but it doesn't specify which ones.
The label, however, states that the beer contains hops, malt, and hop extracts. And I agree that the beer is based primarily on hop extracts and likely hasn't even touched hops, like most beers produced by large corporations.

The beer has a tall, dense head that quickly dissipates. It has a pleasant aroma, and the taste—as with most non-alcoholic beers—is acceptable. However, it falls far short of the top I'd set for myself.

On hot days, when chilled, it won't cause any discomfort and will bring relief. I can't recommend it because it's simply average.

Enjoy your meal 😋😉
