After alcohol-free travels, today there is a big variety, i.e. beer with doubled firepower. It is not without reason that I am talking about its strength, because it contains as much as 10.5% alcohol, which classifies it in the group of strong porters or even weak wines. The cost of such beer is very low - it's about 1.05 Euro!

That's why I prepared a small snack for this noble drink, in the form of 3 types of cheese - blue cheese, "Parmesan" cheese and "Bree" blue cheese.

Plus some salami with green pepper, black olives. And to break the taste, a few grains of pickled green pepper. It sounds pleasant.

First impressions

The beer has a dark, almost ruby color, with the appearance of a strong porter. Smells slightly fruity, almost not like beer. The taste, however, is completely not beer - very sweet, almost devoid of bitterness.

However, you do not feel the strength of this beer at all, perhaps due to the large amount of sugar. And this is a fact, beer contains, apart from barley and wheat malts, added sugar.

The foam is very effective. After pouring cold beer into a mug, almost 2/3 was thick foam, which fell quite laboriously.

Summary - a substitute for wine?

Generally, beer does not taste like a beer, which one would expect from a very famous Czech brewery, which is "Primator". Even the shape of the bottle and the label suggests that this product is far from this beer, and certainly to the porter.

It tastes like a dessert wine, sweet, and actually a bit more suitable for sweet cakes than for a cheese board. Well, well, I prepared the skins before opening the beer, and now they have to be consumed.
