Parasol mushroom Macrolepiota procera (Czubajka Kania) is a very tasty edible mushroom. It occurs in North America, Europe, Korea, Japan and New Zealand.

Ingredients for the dish

Some nice healthy Kite mushrooms, potatoes, 1 egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, vegetable oil or olive oil, cucumber salad, pickled cucumber, broccoli

Preparing Macrolepiota procera

Thoroughly clean the mushrooms, remove their feet and rinse gently in running water. Then cut into four parts, salt and pepper.

First, coat the sliced kite in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
