Little-known edible mushrooms - Russula virescens

The hat is large, hard and fleshy. It can be up to 15cm in diameter. Gray-green color. The skin is thick and dry. The gills are mostly white.

The leg is very massive, hard and thick. The flesh is white, very fleshy, odorless and mild in flavor.

In Europe it is quite popular, mainly grows in deciduous forests. Value: edible mushroom very tasty.
