The gills are white or slightly cream-colored, which is the second feature that distinguishes the winter flame from the summer flame. In old age, the plaques may have rusty spots. Quite rare.




The leg is very characteristic, in both varieties, both summer and winter, it has almost identical features. It can be up to 15 cm long. The color of the stem changes from pale yellow to brown to almost black at the bottom of the mushroom. Flesh - whitish, quite elastic, somewhat stringy in the body.





Occurrence A rare tree mushroom. It appears in summer and in autumn, grows on the roots of deciduous trees, ash trees. Application - edible
