Make peanut butter yourself, it's quick and easy.
If you don't have psyllium peel you can omit it, it will be just a little less soft.
You can use 70% dark chocolate if you find it more to your taste.

100 grams of oatmeal
50 gr of coconut flakes
50 grams of peanut butter
50 grams of almond butter
50 gr dark chocolate 85%
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of natural yeast
2 teaspoons of psyllium husks
Method
Put the oatmeal, coconut flakes, psyllium husks, and baking powder in a bowl. Combine the peanut butter, almond butter, coconut oil and dark chocolate melted in a double boiler.
Form the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 160 ° in static mode until golden brown, about 20/23 minutes.
