How many times a day do you laugh?
We are often too busy with the things that happen to us that we forget to laugh.

Advice
If you don't have a powerful blender, you can add a tablespoon or two of a frozen fruit and vegetable drink to the food processor to begin processing.
If you want a sweeter flavor you can add a spoonful of honey.

Preparation
Wash and chop the fruit and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. When the fruit is frozen, put it in your blender and blend it until it has a creamy consistency like ice cream. Unleash your imagination for decoration, you can use fresh fruit, dried fruit, muesli or dried fruit.
