And there are so many kinds of herbs that naturally help but today say hello to Mint.

So lets started :

Mentha also known as mint, the species that makes up the genus Mentha are widely distributed and can be found in many environments.

Most grow best in wet environments and moist soils. They will grow 10–120 cm tall and can spread over an indeterminate area.

Due to their tendency to spread unchecked, some mints are considered invasive.

Mints are supposed to make good companion plants, repelling pesty insects and attracting beneficial ones.

Leaves are an amazing aroma and taste and can be used in many ways and for various dishes.

There are many wonderful properties offered by this plant.

Mint was originally used as a medicinal herb to treat stomach ache and chest pains.

It is important to remember that mint has antispasmodic properties, antiparasitic, antiemetic and bactericidal properties.

For this reason, it effectively relieves pain in the muscles, joints and neuralgia.

It is also recommended for colds - especially when it comes to inhalation.

 

The best is fresh, mint leaves should be bright green and free from dark or yellowish patches.

Fresh mint is a rich source of vitamins :

*A, C, B1 and B9 (folic acid).

* magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, potassium, zinc, phosphorus and selenium.


Mint will not only make your breath fresh.

* Drinking an infusion of mint can also aggravate the gastroesophageal reflux disease.
* Caution should be given to mint tea and people suffering from cardiovascular ailments.
* Mint should be avoided while breastfeeding as it reduces lactation.
