If you weren't alive and awake during the late 1990's - early 2000's then luckily you missed the days of John Howard's regime in Australia but unluckily none of the lyrics will probably make sense.

If you were alive however then hopefully the irony of the song reminds you of the troubles caused by Bush and Blair and Alexander Downer & John Howard''s war-mongering and divisive days of Australian politics.
