Foodbook #812 Tomato beef stew with French fries


Good morning my friends and very very nice day Let’s create this delicious meal together



1 ½ -2 kilos of beef scallop
2 onions
2 sk. Garlic
1 celery
2 carrots
50 g flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
200 ml red wine
1 cube of vegetables
6 grated tomatoes
4-5 pieces of allspice
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp sugar
2 liters of water



Cut our scallop into portions.
Put it on a plate, season with salt and pepper and flour, shake well to remove the excess flour.
Saute in a large saucepan either with olive oil or adding butter with sunflower oil.
Saute well until it turns brown.
When it is ready, remove and put the chopped onion, garlic, carrots in pieces and celery.
Continue sautéing until slightly softened.
Add the tomato paste, the laurel, the cinnamon, the allspice, the
sugar, the cube and stir
Add the beef comb and quench with the wine.
Grate the soft tomatoes or if you do not have 1 can of tomato con cassette or tomato juice.
Add the water and let it boil for about 2 hours on medium heat, if necessary add more water.

We serve with French fries
