Good morning my friends and happy week , Monday today and I decide from yesterday meatballs keep some meat and create my delicious cheese burgers …. I love it , please be my guest . If you cannot come here I will show you the way to create this at your home .

 

Ingredients


4 hamburger buns
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 slices of baked bacon in a non-stick pan or toaster

For the burgers

400 g ground beef once passed in the minced meat machine
medium onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 tbsp. ketchup
a few drops of vinegar
salt
freshly ground pepper

For garnish

onion slices sauteed or baked in a non-stick pan
lettuce leaves
tomato slices

 

Preparation

For the juicy cheeseburger we put
in a bowl all the ingredients for the burger burgers and knead them very well. Divide into 4 parts and make 4 burgers for the cheeseburger.

Put the burgers on the grill and put a pan underneath.
Place on the top rack of the oven, near the grill.
Bake the burgers on the grill for 5′-7 ′ each side, depending on how we want it cooked. The more we bake them, the more we dry them. The ideal baking is when the juices of the burger are transparent.
Put a slice of cheese in each burger.
Bake on the grill for 1,, until the cheese begins to melt.
Open the buns in the middle and put any garnish you want or all together and put the baked burgers with the melted cheese on top.
