Good morning my friends, one of my favorite food for today that I can eat unlimited. Many calories but I really love it
Let’s do it together step by step



For the minced meat

3 tbsp. olive oil
500 grams of ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 sc. garlic crushed
250 g of fresh chopped mushrooms
1 grated carrot
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 cup cognac
400 g chopped or grated tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick

For béchamel

1 litre of milk
4 tbsp. corn flour full
2 tbsp. butter
2 pinches of nutmeg
200 gr. mozzarella or cheese or gruyere
1 egg (optional)

For the tomato sauce

3 tbsp. olive oil
1 sc. garlic
1 onion, finely chopped
2 packages chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (or basil)



For the cannelloni with minced meat and béchamel in the oven,
we make the minced meat first.

Minced meat for cannelloni
In a small saucepan, put the olive oil and over medium to high heat, sauté the minced meat in oil until golden brown for 5-6 minutes.

Add the chopped mushrooms to drink their liquids for 3-4 minutes on high heat.

Add the onion, garlic and carrot and sauté for 2-3 minutes to wither.

Add the pulp, bake for 1 minute and add the bay leaf and cinnamon.

Quench with the brandy, add the chopped tomatoes, add salt and pepper and lower the heat.

Let the minced meat simmer for 15-20 minutes to reduce the liquids.

Remove the aromatics from the minced meat after 5 minutes, or if you want more intense aromas, leave them until the boiling is over.

Allow the minced meat filling to cool.

Fill the cannelloni with a teaspoon or with your fingers.

For the béchamel

Put all the ingredients in a saucepan except the cheese (and optionally the egg).

Mix the ingredients very well before putting them on the fire. The corn flour must be completely dissolved in the milk.

Leave the cream on a medium heat, boil, stirring for a few minutes and set.

Add salt and pepper, stirring regularly with a whisk.

At the end, sprinkle the nutmeg and as soon as the cream sets, remove from the heat.

Add half the grated cheese and stir with a whisk to melt.

For the tomato sauce

Boil all the ingredients for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees C in the air. We will cook on the middle grill.

Place the cannelloni with minced meat, béchamel and tomato sauce in the pan
Put a spoonful of tomato sauce in a fireproof dish 35 × 25.

Add 2 tablespoons of the easy béchamel cream.

In other words, we create a liquid layer with béchamel cream and tomato sauce, to touch the cannelloni.

Fill the cannelloni with the minced meat and put them on the pan with the sauces.

Cover with the rest of the tomato and the rest of the béchamel.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Cover with non-stick paper and foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Uncover and let the surface brown for about 10 minutes.

Let them stand for 10 minutes on the counter and serve them hot, with their onion sauce running on the plate.
