plenty of freshly ground pepper


wash and dry the peppers. Carve lengthwise and carefully remove membranes and seeds. For the peppers stuffed with cheese we will use a 24 × 34cm baking tray. Then for the peppers stuffed with feta from Argyro,

Mix the grated tomato with the garlic, oregano, a little salt and half the olive oil.
Put them in the pan.

In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients.
