Ingredients
For the salami
250 g digestive cookies or petit fours
150 g chopped chocolate
100 grams of butter
2 tbsp. (22 g) cocoa
3 tbsp. (25 g) coconut
4 tbsp. (45 - 50 g) walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 box (400 gr.) Sweetened condensed milk
For the coating
250 grams of couverture
1 tbsp. seed oil
Preparation
Mosaic salami the easiest and favorite refrigerator dessert you will make in 10 minutes with this easy recipe, with cocoa, sweetened condensed milk and a fantastic chocolate coating with a couverture!
Put the cookies in a food bag, remove the air and beat them with a rolling pin to crumble.
Put the cookies, coconut, walnuts and cocoa in a bowl and mix.
Put the chocolate, butter and sweetened condensed milk on a low heat and stir to melt the ingredients.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Pour over the solids and mix with a spoon.
Grease a long, shallow pan, 28 × 20 cm.
Pour the mixture and press to flatten the surface.
Freeze the sweet mosaic until firm.
To coat chocolate with couverture
Melt the chocolate in a baking pan.
Add the seed oil and mix.
Pour the cake all over the surface and freeze until firm.
Dip a sharp knife into hot water and cut the mosaic into square pieces.
