Good morning my friends, today I don’t have much time so I decide to make an easy food that everyone loves , let’s see together

Ingredients

6 thick pork neck steaks
6 large potatoes
4 sec. garlic with their peel
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. mustard
1 lemon
1 orange
salt
pepper

 

Preparation

For the pork chops in the oven
with potatoes it is important to ask our butcher for neck steaks that are thick in thickness, otherwise they will become hard and dry. If the steaks have enough fat, which they usually have, we carve light scratches on the outside fat. Put all the ingredients in the pan for the pork chops in the oven and mix them well.

Cover the pan and bake 45΄ in a well preheated oven at 180 degrees C in the air.

Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, occasionally mixing the potatoes with the liquids of the pan and turning sideways on the steaks.
