Good morning my friends, happy and healthy weekend, let’s create a delicious meal for today


Ingredients


1 kg lamb
12 potatoes
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. lemon thyme (optional)
2 lemons (their juice)
2 cloves garlic melted
¾ φλιτζ. olive oil
salt
pepper


Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200oC. Peel the potatoes, cut them and put them in a pan, season with salt and pepper. Wash the lamb and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare in a bowl a mixture with olive oil, mustard, herbs, garlic.
Pour half of the mixture over the potatoes. Put the lamb on top and pour the mixture we prepared over it. Pour the food with 1 νερό glass of water and cover with greaseproof paper and aluminum foil. Bake the food covered for an hour.
Uncover the food, pour in the lemon juice and lower the temperature to 180oC. Bake for about another 1 hour, to get color and cook the lamb.
We serve.
