Good morning my friends and happy week, let’s create a delicious meal today that I like to serve it with French fries.

Ingredients

1 kg pork shoulder, cut into small pieces

150 ml olive oil

2 onions, cut into thin vertical slices

1 sc. garlic, finely chopped

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

100 ml white wine

1 tbsp. mustard, soft

Juice of 1 lemon

500 ml vegetable broth

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

1
Place a pan on high heat and let it burn. At the same time, pour the meat into a deep bowl, sprinkle with olive oil and stir.

2
After the pan burns very well, pour the meat in portions and give good color on all sides. Once it is ready, remove it from the pot, put it in a large bowl and follow the same procedure for the remaining portions.
3
Then, lower the heat to low, cut the peppers into thin vertical slices, pour them into the pan, raise the heat to high and stir.
4
Then, cut the onions into thin vertical slices, add them to the pan, mix with a wooden spoon and lightly caramelize.
5
Immediately after, add the garlic, stir again and leave the vegetables until they turn dark.
6
After caramelizing the vegetables, add the meat, white wine and wait for 3-4 minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
7
Then add the mustard, lemon juice, vegetable broth, salt and pepper, lower the heat to medium and simmer for about 30 minutes until the meat is tender.
8
Once the pan is ready, serve hot with crushed feta cheese and oregano.

Ready to serve, I hope you enjoy this.

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
