Good morning my friends and happy new week , let’s create the most easy and low calorie dessert that you ever try , and believe me you will love it .
Ingredients
1 lt milk
100 gr. arborio rice, for risotto
100 gr. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
Grate an orange + extra for serving
Cinnamon, for sprinkling
Preparation

Place a saucepan over high heat and add the milk, rice, sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest.

When the milk boils, lower the heat to low and let the rice simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Make sure the heat is so low that the pot mixture does not boil.

After this time we try rice. The rice pudding is ready when the rice has softened enough and the mixture has boiled.

Finally, remove from the heat and fill the bowls.

Leave them to cool a bit and serve sprinkling with cinnamon and a little orange zest.
