Foodbook #585 Mille-feuille (the east way)


Good morning my friends, my favorite dessert created with the most fast and easy way, always delicious..... let’s do this together


1 sachet of instant pastry cream
milk, as indicated on the packaging of the pastry cream
1 small (220-250 gr.) Sour cream
1 pack of puff pastry
powdered sugar, for sprinkling


Prepare the cream according to the instructions on the package. Beat the cream in the mixer until it becomes whipped cream.

Combine the two creams, stirring gently. Put the puff pastry in a pan or pyrex, next to each other, so that the bottom is covered.

Pour half of the cream on top and cover its surface with a layer of puff pastry (keep some for garnish).

Spread the rest of the cream on top. Crush the puff pastry we kept and sprinkle the surface of the cream. Put the millefeuille in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.


If you want, put a little lemon zest in the cream, for a feeling of coolness.
