Good morning my friends, yesterday we celebrate with my wife 4 years relationship so we decide create something special, let’s do it together


1 kg pork neck, boneless, cut into 4x4 cm cubes

1-2 green peppers, cut into 4x4 cm cubes

1-2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes

2 sk. garlic, finely chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

2-3 drops of hot sauce

2-3 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. mustard, soft

1 tbsp. paprika, sweet

1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

1 γ κ.γ. oregano, dry

200 ml white wine





Pour the pork pieces into a large bowl, add the wine, mustard, paprika, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, oregano, onion, garlic and olive oil. Mix well with your hands wearing disposable gloves, so that the marinade goes to all the pieces of meat, cover it with cling film, transfer it to the refrigerator and leave it to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Then, remove the pieces of pork from the marinade and pass them on straws, alternately putting tomato and pepper between the pork. Season the short skewers well and wrap each one with oil paste.
Immediately after, bake them in a preheated oven at 200 ° C in air for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Once 1.5 hours have passed, open the oil paste from each kontosouvli and bake for another 15 minutes until they turn brown.
Serve the kontosouvli hot with pies.
