Good morning my friends, today I got my anniversary for 500 recipes and I will give you a recipe that I will trying it for very first time and I must say this is amazing and totally recommend it to everyone. Let’s start

Ingredients

For the macaroni

4 egg whites

120 g sugar

190 g almond kernels

250 g powdered sugar

For the filling

220 g butter at room temperature

120 g powdered sugar

Food coloring

Depending on the color you can choose

For macaroni coffee

220 gr praline

60 g of cocoa

For yellow macarons

lemon zest from 7 lemons

For macaroni greens

200 gr Peanut kernels

For red macarons

2 cups milk

2 tablespoons strawberry syrup

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. In the mixer, mix the icing with the almonds until it becomes a powder. Beat the egg whites until they become a meringue and then add the sugar to give the meringue a shine. With gentle movements, mix the meringue with the almonds. With the help of the cornet we form the macaroni in a pan after we have first placed a non-stick paper. Let them rest for 30 ′ while then bake for 10-15 minutes. For macaroni coffee, replace 70 g of powdered sugar with cocoa and add praline. For the greens, we replace half the amount of the almond kernel with the grated peanut but also the green color of the pastry. For the yellows, add yellow color to the meringue and lemon zest to the filling. For the reds we add the syrup while in the filling we will add a little more syrup and milk.

For the filling

Beat the butter on high speed while slowly adding the icing. According to the color we have chosen, we add the appropriate materials. Finally, fill the macaroni and cover with the rest.
