Good Morning my friends, let’s create today one of my favorite foods , easy and delicious , let’s see step by step.

Ingredients

11/2 kg calf shoulder
2 canned tomatoes (300 g)
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon sweet nutmeg
2 red peppers, coarsely chopped
3 dried onions
2 cloves grated garlic
1 glass of red wine water
1/2 liter of water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
500 grams lasagna leaves
5 pcs. mozzarella ball
200 grams grated Parmesan
4 slices of stale bread
3 tablespoons butter soup

Preparation
We prepare the meat first. Cut the beef into thick cubes. Saute the onion, garlic and meat and quench with red wine. Add the tomato paste and the canned tomatoes, water and boil for 11/2 hours. About an hour add the cinnamon, nutmeg, the two chopped peppers, salt and pepper. Continue cooking until the meat is melted. Put the meat to cool and break it with a fork.

Butter a pyrex and spread the lasagna leaves directly from the box. Put a row of meat and pieces of mozzarella cut into slices and meat salad. Continue until the pasta is finished. On the last sheet, add grated bread crumbs and grated Parmesan. Wet with a little butter instead of water and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 1/2 hour.

You can not boil the lasagna. But you will leave the meat with a little liquid, so the leaves will soften during cooking.

But if you want to boil the noodles, boil them every 3-4 leaves, take them out and place them flat on a wet towel. So you can layer them, but be careful they do not need much boiling because they will open and break, ie 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Continue the process until all the leaves are boiled.
