Good morning my friends and happy weekend, Saturday I’m not for pass it in the kitchen so I got for you a fast and delicious recipe that will help you be relaxing a lot at a sunny Saturday, let’s see how will do it

Ingredients

Half a kilo of ground beef
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions (80g)
2 grated carrots
1 clove garlic
1 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of sugar
2-3 grains of allspice
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
3-4 sprigs of chopped parsley
2-3 sprigs of fresh oregano
150 (about 1 glass of wine) red wine
1 tablespoon tomato paste
500 g crushed tomatoes
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 packet of spaghetti with minced meat

Preparation

Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep pan and add the minced meat. Break very well to make as small pellets as possible and sauté for 4-5 minutes to get a nice color. Remove to a bowl
In the same pot, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic and carrot until soft. Add the cumin and tomato paste and sugar and stir for another 1-2 minutes
Turn the minced meat in the pan and continue sautéing to combine the ingredients. Quench with the wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add the tomato and as much water as needed (hot) to cover the ingredients
Finally add allspice, cinnamon, bay leaf and oregano tied in a net and cover the food. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes. Add the parsley, just before removing from the heat
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Serve with grated cheese
