The best Sunday today my friends, I just create for me and my wife delicious homemade burgers, easy , fast and tasteful , let’s see the recipe


800 gr. ground beef porridge, once passed, with 30% fat
4 brioche buns 4 eggs Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonnaise
Sliced cheddar cheese
Chopped iceberg
Tomatoes in slices
Onions in slices
Cucumber pickles in thin slices



1.Shape the minced meat into 4 burgers according to the instructions of our introduction.

2. Put a non-stick pan on the fire (or BBQ plate) to heat well.

3. Place the burger in the pan and forget about it for 3 minutes. Of course it does not mean that we do not put any fat (oil / butter) in our pan.

4. Salt your burger and turn it over. Put the bacon in the pan around the burgers and bake for 3-4 minutes.

5. In a frying pan, fry the eggs in olive oil.

6. About 1 minute before lowering the burgers, add one or two slices of cheddar to each burger.

Serve on buns with toppings and sauces of your choice.
