Good morning my friends today, a crazy combination for today , very tasteful and so easy you can’t imagine

Ingredients

* 2 fl. chickpeas
* 250gr. sliced village sausage
* 2 carrots cut into thin slices
* 2 fl. tomato juice
* 1 flitz. water
* 2 bay leaves
* 150 - 200gr. crushed slice
* 2 tablespoons. soup chopped parsley
* 3 tablespoons. olive oil soup
* 1/2 -1 tsp. sweet curry
* 1 - 2 tsp. honey soup
* Salt Pepper

Implementation

Soak the chickpeas from the previous night, so that they swell well. Boil the chickpeas together with the bay leaves in a pot with plenty of water, until they soften well (not melt).
Strain the chickpeas and put them back in the pot with the tomato juice, 1 flitz. water, olive oil, carrots, parsley and salt and pepper. Let them boil for a few minutes on high heat (so that the sauce starts to set).
Meanwhile, put the sausages in a non-stick pan - without any other fat - and sauté them lightly on both sides (until golden brown).
Put the chickpeas with their sauce and sausages in a pan or earthenware. Sprinkle with the curry and pour the honey over them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10′-15 ′.
Pour the crushed feta over the food and serve.
Tip: Cut the carrot into thin slices, so that it can boil. Otherwise, it may remain crispier

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
