Good morning my friends, a very delicious food for everyone today , but I got one big problem I found and used this recipe here https://m.eirinika.gr/article/41490/psaronefri-me-meli-kai-moystarda-apo-ton-exairetiko-ilia-mamalaki-poly-eykolo-grigoro

But I can’t find it in English, so I will use google translate and I will put it here by myself

Ingredients - for 4 people

2 brisket total weight 600 g.
1 flitz. of brown olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons mustard soup
1 glass of white wine
1 teaspoon rosemary leaf soup
Salt Pepper
In a flitz. of tea mix the honey together with the mustard until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Put a large pan on the fire and heat the olive oil. Saute the brisket inside until well browned. Add the rosemary leaves, stir and simmer with the white wine. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

If necessary, and the sauce has dried, add a little more water. Pour in the honey and mustard mixture, bring to a good boil and turn off the heat. Take out the brisket, cut them into slices, place them on a plate and pour the sauce over them.

They are pleasantly accompanied by french fries or a buttery pilaf to enjoy their sauce.

I totally recommend it, give this a try

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
