The song "The Bird of Dawn" can be considered as the most famous song of Mohammad Reza Shajarian, the Great Master of traditional Iranian music.
It is said that Shajarian used to finish all his concerts with this song and it has somehow become a passionate piece of music and a revolutionary chant between the people of Iran.

At the time of Shajarian's death, all of Iran was in mourning and the streets were filled with people crying for him, despite the restrictions for COVID-19.

I was sitting at home behind my computer, listening to this "song" over and over again, crying along.

"Morgh-e-Sahar" (The Bird of Dawn) is an old poem written by the past freedom fighters of Iran. I could even find a wiki page about it.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morq-e_sahar
It is the story of a bird that breaks out of the cage with its painful moans and its passion for freedom. The bird of dawn's painful singing is somehow the painful voice of Shajarian himself and he finally got free out of that cage…
‘Deep respect’: Iranians mourn singer Mohammad Reza Shajarian
Song: The Bird of Dawn (Morqe Sahar)
Singer: Mohammad Reza Shajarian
Lyrics:
The bird of dawn!
Sing again
And further, deepen my sorrow!
with passionate sighs
Break this cage and turn your life around!
Flightless nightingale, get out of the cage and
And sing for humanity once again!
And with your voice
Delight this land once again!
The injustice of Tyrants,
And the cruelty of Hunters
Has ruined my nest (homeland)
O God, O heavens, O nature
Enlighten our dark night
Spring has arrived, everywhere is full of flowers
But my eyes are cloudy (I’m crying with sadness)
This cage, like my heart, is tight and depressing
So, light this cage with your fiery moan
O nature! Do not pick the flower of my life (let me live)
O gorgeous flower! pay more attention to me!
More attention! More! More!

Amorous bird!
Shorten your story of suffering!
Shorten! Shorten!
