Golrokh song (meaning Rose – cheeked) is one of the three songs composed by the band "Moon Ladies" that spread on the Internet a few years ago. The three songs were composed under the direction of Majid Derakhshani, a prominent composer, and shine like three gems in the Iranian traditional music scene because, unlike other recent Iranian songs performed by domestic artists, they have Female Singers.
And in this seemingly simple way, they have crossed borders that few people in Iran dare to cross.
These female singers have beautiful voices, but the historical significance of their performances is so high that you can't easily close your eyes and just listen to their beautiful voices only for the sake of artistic value.
PS: For those unfamiliar with the " Moon Ladies" band, the members of this music band were active inside Iran, but due to persecution, they went to court and were banned from working. They are still operating abroad, although the wave of threats and repression against them continued.
Song: Golrokh (Rose - cheeked)

Poetry: Hafez
Professional Lyrics (The song is taken from poems 151 and 148).
A world altogether, to pass life a single moment in grief is not worth
For wine, sell our ragged religious garment for more than this it is not worth.
In the wine - seller's street, for a single cup of wine, they take it the prayer mat of piety not up
O excellent prayer - mat of piety, that, a single cup of wine is not worth.
Come o! rose-cheeked Saki (Cup-bearer) Bring colorful cups!
For a thought inside us! Taketh better than this not!
O counsel - utterer for God's sake, utter the tale of the Saki's writing and abandon counsel - uttering
For, a picture more beautiful than this, our imagination, taketh not.
The watcher reproached me saying: Turn away thy face from this door of the true Beloved
To this our head, what happened that even the dust of the door, it is not worth.
The pomp of the imperial crown, in whose grandeur is fear of life,
Is verily a heart-alluring crown but the abandoning of one's head life it is not worth.
At first, in hope of profit, very easy the toil of the sea appeared
I uttered a mistake. Because a hundred jewels hopes of union with the true Beloved this great deluge full of dangers is not worth.
