The very first tremors, from the economic impact, of the Coronavirus are starting to hit the World's Economy! The stock market is dropping and Precious Metals are on the stiff rise. Gold has jumped up by $20, in just a little while, while the stock market has begun to drop. It is possible that these trends will reverse, but, it becomes more and more doubtful as one looks at China's Economic Destruction, caused by this deadly outbreak! You may have heard about the serious trouble Apple is in. They are heavily dependent on electronic supplies from China. Their source has disappeared with the sudden halt of China's production! Don't be fooled into thinking this will only effect a small part of corporations listed on the stock markets. As the virus continues to spread around the world, as it currently is, many more economies will follow China's tragic downfall! It is just a fact we must face. Barring a miracle, this Pandemic Wildfire has been set loose! At first believing the incubation to be of a much shorter period, many in quarantine were released much sooner than they should have been. It has now been determined that the incubation period can extend up to 6 weeks!
With the minimum of a serious economic depression, many fiat currencies will become extremely devalued, if not worthless. Barter, Trade, Crypto Currencies, and Coins will become the medium of exchange. I pray that it doesn't get that bad, but, facing reality we must consider that it is highly likely.
I am not trying to use scare tactics! In fact, it may be to my benefit, if my coins(listed on Ebay) do not sell. But I suggest that your give consideration to acquiring, at least a small amount of valuable coins, in addition to ammo, non perishable foods, and other barter goods. It is much better to be prepared, than to be caught totally powerless, in the turmoil that may develop.
There are many places to acquire coins of value. Your local coin dealer, some pawn shops, collectors, and you can look at my previous posts related to my ebay products. If nothing else, you may find that a hand full, of old silver dimes, can come in very handy.
Don't let fear control you! At the same time do not be like an Ostrich, and keep your head buried in the sand. Take some action now, before widespread panic sets in. It could be only a matter of a short time, before the repercussions are felt in your life!
A small suggestion, for food stuffs, would be Peanut Butter, canned meats and vegetables, and other easily preserved and prepared items.
Beyond any reasonable doubts, we are just now starting to hear about and feel the shock waves that will soon grow stronger. How bad it may get, is up to God!
