GenomesDAO is a biotech DAO focused on the safe, private, and auditable monetization of genomic data. The Generative Art Geneticats NFTs by GenomesDAO implemented an innovative system. The NFT will be created by mathematic inputs based on the holder's genome. The project doesn't care about profit or price floor, as this collection aims to be the first NFT people never sell. Each Geneticats NFTs has a standard trait for redemption of a whole genome sequencing kit. Depending on rarity, some NFT’s will have more than one redeemable trait - such as a $GENE or $GNOME airdrops.
Each Geneticats NFTs package includes the genomes sequencing kit. The holder redeems the kit and receives it by post. Simple swap your cheek and send the sample back for analysis and sequence. Every user will have his details securely uploaded into a self-custody Genome Vault.
The Genome Mining Vault is ultra secure, as the DNA is protected by an AMD-SEV ES vault. Only the holder can access the vault and has full custody over his genome. Not even Genomes DAO can access the vault without explicit permission. The genome can be used to earn, as Genomes DAO can monetize the DNA by accepting requests from pharmaceutical companies.
